Honey bites

Ingredients to make Honey bites

  • cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Milk powder 50 gm
  • honey 3 tbsp
  • Seedless apricot 10-15
  • Grated dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Roasted white sesame

How to make Honey bites

  1. Take a plate spread all seedless Apricot.
  2. Fill with grated dry fruits.
  3. Press the Apricots like closing a box.
  4. Take another plate mash the homemade cottage cheese
  5. Add milk powder and honey again mash.
  6. Make a smooth dough
  7. Make some lemon sizes balls with cottage cheese
  8. Press the cheese balls with thumb. Put the filled Apricots and press from all sides..
  9. Spread Dabur honey on the Apricots and sprinkle with roasted white seamen.

My Tip:

Coloured dots also made by honey and food colour.
