Cheese Balls

Ingredients to make Cheese Balls

  • water 3/4cup
  • flour 3/4cup
  • butter 50gms
  • Amul cheese 2cube
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning 2tsp
  • Boiled potatoes 2grated
  • eggs 3
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Cheese Balls

  1. HEAT 50 GMS BUTTER WITH 3/4 CUP WATER
  2. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING, ADD 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, STIR BRISKLY
  3. STIR & COOK UNTIL THE MIXTURE TURNS THICK & LEAVES THE SIDE OF THE PAN
  4. IT'S DONE NOW, TAKE OFF HEAT, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  5. ADD SALT , 2 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  6. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, 2 TSP DRIED ITALIAN SEASONING
  7. ADD 2 BOILED & GRATED POTATOES, MIX WELL
  8. SET ASIDE THE READY MIX FOR 10 MINS
  9. ADD 3 EGGS ONE BY ONE, BLEND
  10. THE MIXTURE WILL TURN SMOOTH LIKE THIS, REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  11. SHAPE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE CHILLED MIX WITH BUTTER-GREASED HANDS
  12. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  13. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP ALL OVER, SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
