  • chilli powder-1spn
  • onion-1 chopped
  • tomato-1/2chopped
  • Green chilli-1chopped
  • curry leaves
  • salt-to taste

How to make Maasi fry/ dried fish fry/ poricha maasi

  1. 1CUP GRATED COCONUT, 1CHOPPED ONION, 1/2TOMATO,1GREEN CHILLI ND CURRY LEAVES,
  2. HEAT 2TBLSPN OIL IN A PAN AND ADD ONION, TOMATO, CHILLI ND CURRY LEAVES, SAUTE IT FOR 5MINS
  3. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND MIX WELL
  4. IN THE MEANTIME ADD 2TBLSPN MAASI POWDER AND 1SPN CHILLI POWDER WITH COCONUT AND MIX WELL
  5. READY
  6. NEXT ADD MAASI AND MIX WELL
  7. FRY IT FOR 10MINS IN LOW FLAME
  8. DONE
  9. SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR ROTIS
