ABOUT Sorshe dharosh RECIPE

This is a lady finger recipe which is prepare with mustard seeds paste. This is traditional dish of west bengal

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8-10 lady finger
  2. 1/2 cup mustard seeds paste
  3. 1/2 tbsp panchforan
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tbsp termuric pd
  6. 1/2 tbdp red chilli pd
  7. 1 potato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut lady finger in two parts.
  2. Now heat a pan add oil then add panch foran.
  3. Now add chopped lady finger,add salt , termuric pd and fry on medium flame until it will cooked nicely.
  4. Now if cooked then add mustard seeds paste and red chilli pd and mix well.
  5. Now make dry gravy. And turn off the gas flame.
  6. Serve with roti or rice.
