This is very traditional recipe usaually this curry makes my grandmother i learned from her..i made it

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Garlic cloves half cup
  2. Balck chana half cup soaked(boiled)
  3. Potato diced 1
  4. Raw banana 1 boiled
  5. Chana dall 1 tsp
  6. Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Coriander half cup oil as needed
  12. Chili slices 5

Instructions

  1. Keep up all ingrediente before start curry
  2. Heat the pan put oil leave garlic cloves in a oil fri as gold colour transfer in a bowl
  3. Then put potato diced keep fri until get gold colour, transfer to a plate
  4. Then same pan put oil add chana dall fri as gold colour
  5. Then put jeera,mustard ,chilli slices
  6. Then add onion slices on its gets fried
  7. Take a boiled raw banana open skin cut small pieces
  8. These pieces,black chana,coconut,salt,turmeric ,chilli powder,coriander all those add on it
  9. Then add half fried garlic on to curry leave some for garnish..
  10. Mix well smash it smoothly it gives good taste and aroma to curry Ready to serve
