Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Minced meat 1/2 kg
  2. Onions medium size 2
  3. Tomatoes 2
  4. Garlic pods 4
  5. Dry chilly 9
  6. Bunch of coriander leaves
  7. Coconut 4 slices
  8. Pinch of turmeric powder
  9. Laung 2
  10. Elaichi 1
  11. Dalchini 2
  12. Salt as per your taste
  13. Roasted chanadal 100 grams
  14. Oil for frying


  1. In a pan add all this ingredients and cook till the water evaporates
  2. Allow it to cool
  3. Then grind this mixture without adding water
  4. Then in another jar grind the roasted chanadal into a fine powder
  5. Mix this powder with the grounded masala little by little to form a smooth dough
  6. Make equal balls in this dough and make any shape as you desire
  7. In a frying pan add oil after its heated fry the shammi into nice golden brown color
