Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups Rajma Jammu dark red/kidney
  2. 3 tomato grated
  3. 2tblspn ginger garlic
  4. 1tspn cummin seeds
  5. 1tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1tspn dhaniya zeera powder
  7. 1/2tspn garam masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tspn Ghee


  1. Soak Rajma eight hours
  2. Boil for 15 minutes with salt 1tspn ginger garlic paste about 4 glasses water
  3. Remove in a pot keep aside
  4. Make ghee zeera tadka add Grated 3 tomatoes
  5. Add 1tspn ginger garlic paste remaining ,Saute well
  6. Now keep masala ready
  7. Add to tomatoes saute well
  8. Now add boiled rajma
  9. Mix well ,add the water from the boiled rajma itself as much to keep gravy as required
  10. Give 2 boils well close flame and remove to serve
  11. Serve with meera rice,steam rice or roti parantha
