Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal -1 cup
  2. Onion -1 medium size chopped
  3. Green chilly -2-3
  4. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Ginger stick - 1 inch
  7. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours,then drain water from it completely, add ginger and grind coarsely so that it is coarse.
  2. Mix chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and cumin seeds. Heat enough oil in

  4. .Make the batter in ball shape of medium thickness.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
  6. Flipping once in between.
  7. .Cook in medium flame.
  8. Drain extra oil in paper napkin.
  9. Serve hot with tea.
