It's an authentic mawa recipe of Bengal....very delicious & easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mawa...100gm
  2. Milk powder...10gm
  3. Cardamom powder...1teaspn
  4. Flour...2tspn
  5. Semolina...1tspn
  6. Paneer...25gm
  7. Sugar...1cup
  8. Water...2cup

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tspn ghee in a pan & add mawa, milk powder, semolina & cardamom powder.Cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. After that switch off the flame & make it cool for few minutes.
  3. Then add flour in it & make a dough of it.
  4. Make small balls from dough.
  5. Boil sugar with water & make syrup.
  6. Heat ghee or oil in a deep kadhai & fry the lalmohon sweets in low flame till it turns golden brown.
  7. After that add the sweets in hot syrup & after 2 to 3 hours serve it.
