Papad nachos with salsa

Ingredients to make Papad nachos with salsa

  • 2 papad(moong, urad)
  • 1 ripe tamato
  • 1 tbsp finely chhoped onion
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • salt for seasoning
  • 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to make Papad nachos with salsa

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl add 1 big finely chhoped tamato (desseded) add finely chhoped onion, lime juice, salt, coriander leaves and toss it nicely
  2. Add olive oil, crushed black pepper again mix it and keep it aside
  3. Now put papad on kitchen surface and cut into the nachos shape and roasted it on preheated tava on medium flame both side when it ill be crisp and turn into golden color turn off the flame
  4. It's ready to eat serve it with salsa

My Tip:

Don't toast papad too much otherwise it will be burn.
