This cucumber dip is very easy and quick to make. A perfect dip with crackers, nacho chips or with salad. You can replace cucumber with pumpkin or zuccini or squash. Very healthy and low calorie dip. In Austin it is a famous food in one of the best restaurant.

Ingredients to make Cucumber dip with nacho chips

  • 1cup cucumber
  • 1 medium size avocado
  • 2cloves
  • 1green chili
  • salt as per taste
  • 2tblsp lemon juice

How to make Cucumber dip with nacho chips

  1. 1CUP CUCUMBER, 1MEDIUM SIZE AVOCADO, 2 GARLIC CLOVES, 1GREEN CHILLI ( OPTIONAL), 2TBLSP LEMON JUICE,
  2. SALT AS PER TASTE, 1/2 CUP WATER. TAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE GRINDING JAR & GRIND TILL YOU GET
  3. SMOOTH CONSISTENCY. ADD ANOTHER 1/4 CUP WATER IF REQUIRED TO GRIND SMOOTHLY.
  4. HERE ADDED ANOTHER 1/4 CUP OF WATER IN ORDER TO GRIND IT.
  5. ADJUST SALT AS PER TASTE. SERVE CHILLED OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. IT IS A PERFECT HEALTHY DIP.
  6. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATOS. SERVE WITH NACHO CHIPS OR WITH SALAD STICKS.
