Mandua flour is very famous in uttarakhand and roti or parantha made up of this flour is a speciality there. Wheat flour is mixed in mandua flour to make this particular parantha

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mandua flour (ragi flour) 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour...1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ajwain...1/4 tea spoon
  5. Ghee or oil to make parantha


  1. Knead a dough using water of all the above ingredients except oil and keep aside for half an hour
  2. Make rotis or parantha out of this dough and make on heated tawa.
  3. Use ghee or oil for making parantha
  4. Serve hot hot
  5. A pic of packet of ragi flour used
