A savoury cum healthy tasty Carrot parantha is an all time favourite in winter season. Healthy and juicy with fresh carrots sauteed in ghee cooled and stuffed.Seasoning can be of your choice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup grated fresh carrots
  2. 150 grams / 2 cups Wheat flour
  3. 1tbsp pure ghee
  4. Coriander
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin
  7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  8. 2 tbsp oil of choice to fry parantha


  1. Knead flour soft adding little salt and oil to firm it
  2. Grate carrot and heat a pan or tava to saute carrots in ghee
  3. Spice the carrots and mix well. remove and cool
  4. Fill in the dough. seal ends
  5. Now roll lightly into a round paratha to spread the carrot stuffing all over
  6. Heat Tava now and roast with oil on both sides well
  7. Remove when done
  8. Cut out into halves and enjoy or pack in Tiffin
