Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dough for making parantha
  2. For stuffing -
  3. Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
  4. Corn - 1 Cup Boiled
  5. Onion - 1 chopped
  6. Tomato - 1 chopped
  7. Capsicum -1 chopped
  8. Coriander leaves a handful chopped
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder to taste
  11. Black Pepper to taste


  1. Mix all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Take two small balls from the dough for making chapati. Roll it into two chapaties.
  3. Place one chapati on the board and fill it with stuffing and then place another chapati on the stuffing to cover it.
  4. Now close it from the sides by turning it so that stuffing should not fall down.
  5. Heat tawa, drizzle little oil on it. And place parantha on the tawa and cook it till done.
  6. Corn parantha is ready to Serve.
