Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Gluten free flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. 4 large overripe bananas
  4. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Take flour, sugar, bananas in a bowl and mix well
  2. Add water little by little so as to form a sticky mixture
  3. Cut banana leaves and fold to form 4×4inch squares
  4. Take small balls and spread over the leaf so as to form thin layer.
  5. Cover the leaf and roast it on high flame on tawa till one side burns
  6. Turn over and roast other side till leaf burns
  7. Enjoy the pancakes hot or cold
