ABOUT Shrimp in Young coconut RECIPE

Daab Chingri is a delicacy of bengali cuisine. Daab/ tender coconut (soft flesh of coconut & it's water) and prawn/shrimp cooked in dum/ steam inside the tender coconut with spices. The creamy smooth textured gravy gives it a delicacy. The process of steamed cooking inside a coconut gives an intense flavor of it and makes the shrimp soft that melts in each bite.
