when u have cutlets left and no one is eating them give them a makeover

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. left over veg cutlets 7
  2. boiled potato med size 3
  3. 2tbsp fresh cream
  4. 2tbsp mixed herbs
  5. chilli flakes as per taste
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1/2cup mozerella cheese

Instructions

  1. arrange cutlets as in picture in well greased baking pan in a bowl grated potato add fresh cream , salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and mix everything well Fill it in a piping bag make small rossettes on cutlets design as in pic
  2. sprinkle cheese and little mixed herbs
  3. bake at 220degree for 10 min
