This pakoras made of leftover chicken pieces and a boiled egg. A quick and easy to prepare delicious snack item.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked Chicken pieces of chicken curry 4-5
  2. Boiled egg 1
  3. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  4. Chopped chillies as per your taste
  5. Finely chopped onions 2 table spoon
  6. Salt as required- chicken is already cooked so add little salt .
  7. Besan ( gram flour) 2 table spoon
  8. Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil for Deep frying


  1. Debone the chicken pieces
  2. Mix the chicken and Chopped boiled egg- I took both in a mixer and mix once.
  3. Don't make a paste. Make it like minced chicken mix. Now add all other ingredients , add little water and mix well. Make a thick mix.
  4. Heat oil properly.
  5. Add small small portion of the egg- chicken mix and deep fry in sufficient oil.
  6. Remove from oil drain excess oil and keep on a kitchen tissue .
  7. Serve hot with your favourite deep as a tea time snack.
