Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover Idli 4
  2. Onion 1
  3. Capsicum one
  4. Salt
  5. Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste half tablespoon
  7. Chili sauce one tablespoon
  8. Mustard seeds half tablespoon
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Curry leaves
  11. Chilli powder half tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds chopped onion Chopped capsicum and saute it
  2. Add ginger garlic paste Chili sauce chili powder and again saute it for one minute
  3. Add chopped idlies and chopped coriander leaves and saute it for 30 secs and switch off the flame
