About Tandoori Mutton Chops Recipe

This recipe of tandoori motton chops is very easy. Though I am pure vegetarian i try to make non veg food super tasty but believe me you should try and make this dish once u'll surely love it.

Tandoori Mutton Chops

Ingredients to make Tandoori Mutton Chops

  • Motton chops 4 pieces
  • ginger garlic paste 3 to 4 tsp
  • green chilly paste 2 to 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • For marinade..
  • curd 1.5 cup
  • Tandoori masala 4 tsp
  • green chilly paste 2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 2 to 3 tsp
  • Coriender powder 2 tsp
  • Bbq sauce 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Red food Colour (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • egg 2

How to make Tandoori Mutton Chops

  1. Boil Motton chops in ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt and water. After the chops are almost cooked burn the remaining water in it.
  2. Take all the ingredients in a bowl mentioned under "for marinade" except eggs. Add boiled chops in it and marinate it for 3 to 4 hrs. put in refrigerator.
  3. whisk eggs and dip marinated chops in it and dip fry it for a minute on medium flame. Its done. surve it with salad or lemon.
