Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled rice to 90 %...2 bowls
  2. Soya chunks sabji...1 bowl
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Biryani masala...1 tea spoon
  5. Saffron ...few strands
  6. Luke warm milk ...2 tea spoon
  7. Fried cashews...few
  8. Curd...1 table spoin

Instructions

  1. Boil rice to 90 % with salt and oil.
  2. When done seive and put cold water to stop further cooking
  3. Arrange half of boiled rice in a microwave safe bowl
  4. Mix salt , biryani masala and curd in the soya sabji
  5. Soak saffron in Luke warm milk
  6. Arrange soya sabji on the rice layer
  7. Again rice layer on the soya sabji
  8. Put saffron mixed milk on the top
  9. Arrange fried cashews also on the top
  10. Now give 5 minutes cooking in microwave
  11. Serve hot
