Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour 1cup
  2. Baking soda 1/4tsp
  3. Curd 1/2cup
  4. Water as required
  5. Desi ghee for frying
  6. Orange food color 1tsp
  7. Rice flour 2-3tsp
  8. For chasni
  9. Sugar syrup i have leftover rasgulla syrup
  10. Sugar 1 cup
  11. Green crdemom 2-3
  12. Saffrons strings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Ready all indgridients
  2. Now make batter by adding maida rice flour curd baking soda food color and desired water
  3. Keep the better side for fermentation gor 2-3hours
  4. After three hours pour the fermented better into a piping bag or u can use sauce bottle
  5. Boil.sugar syrup and add sugar in it and make 1 string syrup add green cardemom and saffron in it while boiling
  6. Now on other side heat desi ghee in a flat pan
  7. Now with piping bag make spril shape jlebi in hot ghee and fry it till got crispy and after frying it dip it in little hot sugar syrup for 10-15min and serve hot
