Vagareli Rotli is a very p opular answer of leftover which is even taste better than actual roti. This quick and easy version of vaghareli rotli requires bare minimum ingredients.It tastes awesome

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover roti 4 no
  2. Oil 1 tea spoon
  3. Mustered seeds 1 tea spoon
  4. Hing 1 pinch
  5. Ginger ,garlic and green chilly paste 1 tea spoon
  6. Red chilly powder 1 tea spoon
  7. Tarmaric 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Suger 1 teaspoon(optional)
  9. Curd 1/2 cup
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. Solt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the yogurt in a bowl, add ½ cup of water and make a smooth batter and keep aside.
  2. Cut the leftover rotis into small-small pieces
  3. Heat the oil in a deep pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and a pinch of hing.
  4. Add ginger,garlic n green chilly paste and saute it for few seconds.
  5. Add the chopped roti's pieces in it and saute it for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  6. Add the whisked curd and suger(optional) into the roti mixture. Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder and mix it well and stir it continuously for 2-3 mins till the mixture becomes little bit thick and start boiling. Now switch of the flame.
  7. Vaghareli Rotli is ready serve hot.
