Bhalla in gravy is a make over for left over bhalls...some time you have so many bhallas left and you dont want to consume in chaat, just make gravy of your style and enjoy bhalla in gravy, tastes yum

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over bhalla...4
  2. Tomatoes...4
  3. Ginger...1 inch piece
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Garam masala...1/4 tea spoon
  6. Turmeric powder...1/4 tea spoon
  7. Coriander powder...1/4 tea spoon
  8. Oil or desi ghee
  9. Besan...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a woke, add ghee and besan and roast on very low flame till brown
  2. Bhalla left over, if it is not soaked, soak and squeeze
  3. Make puree of tomatoes, ginger and green chillies and put in roasted besan, take care as it will spill
  4. Add all masalas and two cups water and let it cool properly
  5. Add bhalla and cook it further
  6. Cover and enjoy with your meal
