Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dalia 2 cups
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Capsicum chopped 1
  4. Tomato chopped 1
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Ajinomoto 1/4 th tsp
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil 2 tsp
  11. Green chilli chopped 1
  12. Mustard seed. (rai) 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil, Lighlty fry the mustard seeds then add onions
  2. Saute for a min and add green chillies
  3. Add capsicum and saute for a min
  4. Then add tomato and all seasonings
  5. Mix well and add dalia
  6. Saute it for 2 min till dalia becomes light brown
  7. Then add water as required
  8. Cook it till water absorbs
  9. Serve hot
