ABOUT Shahi Tukda RECIPE

This recipe is made from leftover pedas. Very easy and yummy dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 bread slices, cut diagonally into triangles
  2. 3 Cups Milk
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Leftover 5 pedas
  5. Ghee for frying
  6. Nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread slices till golden and crisp.
  2. Remove on kitchen towel and keep aside
  3. Now in another pan boil the milk with sugar and crumbled pedas. Stir constantly till thick rabdi is made.
  4. Bring to room temperature and serve by pouring rabdi over the golden bread slices.
  5. Garnish with nuts
