Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Basmati Rice 1 kg
  2. Onions 2 medium size
  3. Tomato 1 big
  4. Ginger garlic paste 3 spoon
  5. Pudina leaves few
  6. Coriander leaves few
  7. Green chillies 5
  8. Cloves, cardamom,and cinnamon sticks each 3
  9. Oil 1 /2 cup
  10. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice
  2. In a wide kadhai heat oil and add garam masala to it
  3. Add finely sliced onions and fry till it turns colour
  4. Now add add gg paste and saute for a minute
  5. Now add finely sliced tomato pudina and coriander leaves and green chillies and salt and saute it till tomato is done
  6. Now add water for 1 cup rice 2 cups water
  7. When the water gets boil add rice and cook
  8. After it gets cooked leave for dum to 10 mts
  9. Serve it hot with kormas
