Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2cup Leftover rotala ka curra
  2. 1/2cup onion chopped
  3. 3-4garlic cloves
  4. 1/2tsp ginger paste
  5. 1/2tsp jeera
  6. 2tsp oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Few curry leaves
  9. 3green chilli chopped
  10. 1cup palak(spinach) finely chopped
  11. Lemon juice and coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and add the cumin seeds. When seeds crackle add the chopped garlic saute for a few seconds.
  2. Add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger paste and onion and saute for few seconds.
  3. Onion are turn translucent add chopped palak and cook for few seconds.
  4. Add rotala ka churra and salt and saute.
  5. Sprinkle few drops of water and cook.
  6. Lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot in breakfast.
