Ingredients to make Vadharelo rotlo

  • 1 no. Bajri rotla leftover cold
  • 2 cup butter milk
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly
  • 1tbsp chopped green garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp redchilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander chopped for garnish

How to make Vadharelo rotlo

  1. Take bajri rotla and make chura and some piece/ smalltukda.
  2. Heat ghee in pan .add mustered seeds and hing.
  3. Then add green chilly, green garlic and green onions and saute it.
  4. Add butter milk and salt , redchilly powder, turmeric powder and mix it. And simmering it .
  5. When brings to boil add bajri rotla chura / tukda and mix.cover with lid and cook till its became soft. garnish with coriander.
