  1. ADD SALT AND 1SPOON CHILLI POWDER TO MUTTON KIDNEY AND MIX WELL
  2. MARINATE IT FOR 15MINS
  3. HEAT A COOKER AND ADD 1TBLSPN GINGELLY AND 1TBLSPN COCONUT OIL, HEAT IT
  4. ADD SOME ONION, 2SPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND CURRY LEAVES MIX IT
  5. MIX WELL
  6. WHEN RAW SMELL WENT ADD SMALL ONION
  7. NEXT ADD TOMATO AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD SALT FOR ONION ND MIX WELL
  9. NEXT ADD MARINADE MUTTON KIDNEY AND MIX WELL, COOK FOR 6MINS
  10. AFTER CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 4WHISTLES
  11. AFTER 4WHISTLES TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PAN AND ADD ALL SPICE POWDERS AND COOK IT
  12. MIX WELL EVERY INTERVALS
  13. WHEN GRAVY BECOMES THICK AND OIL LEAVES OUT SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
