Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kidney beans
  2. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Curry leaves
  4. Grated Coconut : 2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil


  1. Steam cook the Kidney beans for 5 min over medium flame.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and curry leaves. Let them crackle for a minute.
  3. Add cooked kidney beans and saute for 1 minutes.
  4. Add salt, Chilly powder, Garam masala powder and keep saute for 1 mins.
  5. Add grated coconut and switch off the flame.
