Ingredients to make Long Beans Stir Fry...

  • Long beans 300gm
  • red chilli flakes/ powder 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • garlic mince 1 tsp
  • Dry coconut 1/4 th cup (optional)
  • coriander leaves chopped a fistful

How to make Long Beans Stir Fry...

  1. Wash and chop the beans finely.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and add the garlic mince.
  3. Saute it for a few seconds.
  4. Now add the rest of the ingredients along with the beans.
  5. On a low flame, cover and cook for the first 10 mins.
  6. After 10 mins, on a medium flame, stir fry it for 5 mins.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with boiled rice and ghee.
