  1. HEAT A PAN ADD 2SPN GHEE ND 2TBLSPN OIL, HEAT IT
  2. ADD ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD SALT AND MIX
  4. WHEN ONION TURNS TRANSCULENT ADD G.G PASTE AND SAUTE
  5. WHEN RAW SMELL WENT ADD MUTTON KEEMA AND COOK FOR 5MINS
  6. ADD SPICE POWDERS
  7. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5MINS
  8. ADD VEGGIES
  9. IF REQUIRED ADD SALT AND SPICES TO YOUR TASTE
  10. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 5MINS
  11. STUFFING READY
  12. IN A BOWL ADD FLOURS AND GHEE
  13. ADD SALT
  14. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND KNEAD THE DOUGH
  15. ADD 1SPN OIL TO THE DOUGH AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 1-2HOURS
  16. BEAT ONE OR 2 EGGS WITH SALT
  17. MAKE EQUAL BALLS FROM DOUGH
  18. ROLL THE DOUGH LIKE THIN CHAPATHI
  19. BRUSH THE CHAPATHI WITH EGG WASH
  20. PLACE 2-3SPOON STUFFING IN THE CENTER
  21. FOLD IT LIKE DIS
  22. HEAT A PAN ADD GHEE
  23. AND FRY THE MURTABAK
  24. FLIP IT OCCASIONALLY
  25. WHEN IT TURNS CRISPY TRANSFER TO PLATE
  26. CUT INTO DIAGONALS AND SERVE
  27. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO THIN CHAPATHIS
  28. HEAT A TAWA AND PLACE THE CHAPATHI
  29. COOK FOR JUST 1SECOND
  30. NOTES- JUST 1-2 SECONDS IS ENOUGH
  31. BRUSH WITH EGG WASH
  32. PLACE THE STUFFING AND FOLD THE 4CORNERS
  33. HEAT A PAN ADD GHEE
  34. PLACE THE MURTABAKS AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  35. FLIP IT
  36. PRESS IT LIKE THIS, COOK IN MEDIUM TO LOW FLAME
  37. READY
