Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200gm gramflour
  2. 1 cup Curd or buttermilk
  3. 1 tps sugar
  4. 1 tps banarsi ryi
  5. 2 tps oil
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Some curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add gramflour , curd or buttermilk , sugar, salt, 1 tps oil and water mix all the incredients in consistency, first you grease the thali or kichen plateform for spread. Now take a pan in medium flame add 1 tps oil , when oil become heat then you add gramflour batter in it mix untill its become shiny texture. Spread the batter with the help of spectulla, then cut in streght line between 2-3inches , and roll it. Now take a fry pan add 1 tps oil ,when its become heat then you add banarsi ryi or curry leaves , tadka is ready spread in khandvi.., now serve in your style
