Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Flour 200g
  2. Sugar 100g
  3. Butter (unsalted) 100g
  4. Milk to mix
  5. Chocolate for coating
  6. Whipped cream for filling
  7. Fresh fruits
  8. apple
  9. Pineapple
  10. Grapes
  11. Orange
  12. banana
  13. Cherries
  14. Kiwi


  1. Measure all the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. Sieve the flour and sugar and then add finely chopped butter into it.
  3. Apply rub in method to mix and add milk as per requirements.
  4. This is a medium dough therefore it should not be too soft neither too hard.
  5. Once the dough is ready refrigerate it for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Take the tart mould and apply butter and dust some flour on it.
  7. Now if the dough is ready use flour and start rolling it to desired thickness.
  8. Lay the sheeted dough into the tart mould and then bake it at 180 degrees for 12mnts.
  9. Once the tart is ready apply melted chocolate on sides and the base of the interior part of the tart to prevent it from softening as the filling has lots of moisture.
  10. Now using a spoon apply some whipped cream as per requirements into the tart.
  11. Then chop some fresh fruits and lay it over the cream and then garnish it.
