A delicious,creamy pasta with dry chicken munhurian,seasoned with fajita seasoning.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta 1 cup.
  2. Capcicum strips 1/2cup.
  3. Onion slices 1/2cup.
  4. Tomatoes 2nos.
  5. Butter 1tea spoon +1tea spoon .
  6. Cream 2table spoon.
  7. Milk 1/2cup.
  8. Oregano 1table spoon.
  9. Chedder cheese 1/2 cup.
  10. Pasta sauce (for garnishing.)
  11. For Chicken Munchurians:
  12. Chicken pieces (boneless) 1 cup.
  13. Soya sauce 1tea spoon.
  14. Pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  15. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon.
  16. Salt 1tea spoon.
  17. Corn flour 1table spoon.
  18. Oil for deep frying.
  19. For Fajita Seasoning :
  20. Cornstarch 1table spoon.
  21. Chilly powder 2tea spoon.
  22. Salt 1tea spoon.
  23. Sugar 1tea spoon.
  24. Garlic powder 1/4tea spoon.
  25. Cumin powder 1/2tea spoon.
  26. Paprika powder 1tea spoon.


  1. Take 2cups of water in a pan,Add 2drps of oil and boil.when boiled add pasta.
  2. Cook pasta for 6_7 minutes or till soft.
  3. Drain and wash with cold water.Keep aside.
  4. Mince chicken pieces.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for munchurian.Make small balls.
  6. Make a dilute solution of corn starch.
  7. Dip chicken balls into cornstarch solution and deep fry till golden.
  8. Keep aside munchurians.
  9. Mix all the ingredients of Fajita seasoning.Keep aside.
  10. Heat a wok/pan.Add 1tea spoon butter.
  11. Add sliced onion,capsicum and slices of 1/2tomato.
  12. Add salt and half of Fajita seasoning.Mix well,do stir fry for 2minutes.
  13. Keep aside the vegetables.
  14. Now heat an anothet pan/wok.Add 1tea spoon butter.
  15. Chop the remaining tomatoes and add to butter.
  16. Cook for 2minites on low flame.Mash the tomatoes and add boiled pasta.
  17. Add remaining half Fajita seasoning.Stir well.
  18. Add cream and milk.stir well.
  19. Add vegetables,mix and add salt to taste.
  20. Add oregano and mix well.
  21. Dish out in a serving dish.
  22. Put chicken munchurians on pasta.Garnish with pasta sauce.
  23. Serve hot.
