Rajma is a hot favourite curry amongst north indians mainly the Punjabi community... In my house its a must twice a week because my family is crazy about Rajma chawal... Well the main ingredient that makes Rajma so yummy n tasty is our 'Tomato' . Without tomatoes Rajma wont taste that good . So here's my recipe of Rajma n hope you all try n like it..

Ingredients to make Rajma (Kidney Beans)

- night ) + boiled next

- onions - minced 2 no.s
- ginger garlic paste -
- 1 tsp..
- green chillies slit 5-6
- coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Red Chili powder to taste
- salt to taste
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder- 1/3 tsp
- Sabut jeera -1tsp
- Big cardamom - 1 no.
- Refined oil - 2 tbsp
How to make Rajma (Kidney Beans)
My Tip:
Serve hot with rice n onions.. Enjoy...
