Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mango pulp 1 cup
  2. Coconut Milk 1 cup
  3. Powdered sugar according to taste
  4. Gelatin 4 tbsp
  5. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tbsp gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water to dissolve.
  2. Bring to boil the mango puree adding a little water. Add sugar (1/2) cup. Add the gelatin mixture. Mix well. Cool down completely. Pour into a greased cake tin and put it in the freezer.
  3. Coconut milk should be done in the same process like mango puree.
  4. Pour the coconut mixture over the mango mix when it is half set.
  5. Put it in the fridge not in the freezer. Leave overnight or until set. Cut and serve.
