Moong dal khichri with veggies

Ingredients to make Moong dal khichri with veggies

  • rice 1 cup
  • Moong chilka dal 2 cups
  • chop carrot half cup
  • peas half cup
  • salt 2tsp
  • Chop green chilli 1
  • Chop onion 1
  • turmeric 2 pinch
  • Red chilli 1/4tsp
  • Pure ghee 2tsp
  • oil 2tsp
  • Cuminseeds 1 tsp

How to make Moong dal khichri with veggies

  1. Take a dal and washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes take a pressure cooker add oil ,then oil heat add vumin seeds crackle add green chilli and onion saute 2 minutes.
  3. Then add all masala and veggies saute few seconds.
  4. Then add dal and rice saute then add water and 2 whistle after gas off.
  5. Then cooker pressure relrased .
  6. Serve khichri then garnish pure ghee.
