Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Moong chilka dal 2 cups
  3. chop carrot half cup
  4. peas half cup
  5. Salt 2tsp
  6. Chop green chilli 1
  7. Chop onion 1
  8. Turmeric 2 pinch
  9. Red chilli 1/4tsp
  10. Pure ghee 2tsp
  11. Oil 2tsp
  12. Cuminseeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a dal and washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes take a pressure cooker add oil ,then oil heat add vumin seeds crackle add green chilli and onion saute 2 minutes.
  3. Then add all masala and veggies saute few seconds.
  4. Then add dal and rice saute then add water and 2 whistle after gas off.
  5. Then cooker pressure relrased .
  6. Serve khichri then garnish pure ghee.
