Its very delicious recipe, easy to make but tasty with some basic ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Eggs - 4; lightly beaten, onions - 1 finely chopped; tomato - 1 grated
Green chillies,1-2 finely chopped (or as per ur taste); green coriander leaves for garnishing,
Dry spices : salt to taste, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, ; garam masala; kasoori methi powder - 1 ;

Instructions

Add oil Nd butter in equal quantity (I added 1 tblspn each); put carrom seeds and cumin seeds saute until crackle,
Add onions saute until light brown, green chillies also adds.
Put grated tomatoes and dry spices saute well until oil leaves sides.
Now time to add lightly beaten eggs. Saute well for 5 mints.
Garnish with coriander leaves
