It's my own recipe , making is very easy , taste is soo yummy , try it once

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Yellow mustard seeds 4 tablespoons
  2. Poppy seeds 4 tablespoons
  3. Melon seeds 2 tablespoons
  4. Garlic cloves 1 tablespoons
  5. Cashew nuts 4 to 6
  6. Green chilli 4 to 5
  7. Chopped tomatoes 2
  8. Maustard oil 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoons
  11. Water 2 cup
  12. Few Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean prawn well and marinate with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside .
  2. Pour all ingredients in a blender and blend using few water .
  3. Make a smooth paste and keep aside .
  4. Now heat oil and fry prawn till golden brown or it welly fried
  5. Now pour paste and mix well just for 2 minutes .
  6. Immediately add water , and adjust salt accordingly to taste , and cover a lid
  7. Cook in slow flame for 15 minutes and adjust your gravy
  8. Garnish with few chopped coriander leaves and Serve hot with rice or roti
