Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan- 2 cups
  2. Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
  3. Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon- 1 tsp
  7. Tamarind- 2 tbsp
  8. Colocassia leaves- 6


  1. Arbi ke pattey, wash them nicely take besan...make a thick batter by mixing ajwain, garam masala, namak and heeng and tamarind pulp.
  2. Take arbi ka patta...apply tamarind pulp on the back side with a thick batter of besan.Place another leaf on top and repeat the batter application process. Make a roll and keep it in a steamer for 15 min. Cut medium thin rolls and deep fry.Sprinkle salt and lemon. Serve hot!!

instead of tamarind can we use amchur
