Ingredients to make sabudana vada with cashew paste

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 3 medium size boiled potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp cashew paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make sabudana vada with cashew paste

  1. soak sabudana for 2 hours than drain water and then spread on a cloth for drying for 1 hour
  2. peel and mash potatoes
  3. put sabudana, salt, black pepper powder and cashew paste in potatoes
  4. knead everything together and it formed like a dough
  5. now put oil in a pan and let it hot
  6. take small small portions of mixture and give shape of your choice
  7. shallow fry from both until golden brown colour on medium heat
  8. serve hot with sweet curd or anything you like to eat
