Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked sabudana
  2. 1/2 cup boiled mashed potato
  3. 1/4 cup roasted crushed peanut
  4. 1 tablespoon green chili paste
  5. 1 teaspoon chopped Coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl and put sabudana, boiled potatoes, salt, peanuts ,green chili paste and chopped coriander .and mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Make small balls from the prepared mixture.
  4. Now make the small tikkiya.
  5. Then put it in a pan and fry until it turns out golden brown.
  6. After that, remove it on paper towel.
  7. Sabudana wada is ready serve hot with sauce or chutney.
