ABOUT Sabudana Vada RECIPE

Sabudana vada is one of those recipes that is made during religious fasting.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sabudana soaked 3-4 hours
  2. 8-10 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  4. 3-4 chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tablespoon coriander leaves Chopped
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Rock Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Drain of all the water from some sabudana
  2. add the mashed potatoes rock salt cumin seeds coriander leaves and green chillies in sabudana and mix well
  3. now take some portion of the mixture in your hands and shape them in to flat round vadas
  4. deep fry the sabudana vadas in hot oil. till golden brown
  5. Sabudana vada is ready. Serve hot with falahari chutney. You can also serve vada with tomato sauce.
