Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflowe florets2cups.
  2. Curd 1/2cup.
  3. Chopped garlic 1table spoon.
  4. Tomato sauce 2table spoon.
  5. Honey 1table spoon.
  6. Sesame seeds 1tea spoon.
  7. Chilli paste 1tea spoon.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Chilli flakes 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Blanch cauliflower florets for 2minutes.
  2. Take curd in a bowl,add salt and chilli flakes.Marinate florets in curd for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non stick pan.Add florets,coover and cook on low flame till florets are tender.If needed afd some water.
  4. Heat another pan,add chopoed garlic,tomatoe sauce and florets.
  5. Toss and add honey ,mix well.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot.
