Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Chilli ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add gram flour salt, coriander leaves cumin seeds and mix well
  2. Add chilli powder, chilli ginger garlic paste little water and mix it
  3. Put it in a steamer and steam cook for 12 to 15 min
  4. Cut into small pieces
  5. Fry it in a hot oil
