Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Gram Flour
  2. 1 cup chopped coriander
  3. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Rai 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli and salt according to taste
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  8. oil for deep fry


  1. Mix all ingredients make a thin paste using 2 cup water
  2. Pour batter in microwave bowl
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove it and beat the batter now. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Remove it again and beat it again. For the last time, cook for 1 minute in the microwave and beat.
  4. Now grease a plate and spread the kothimbir Vadi in 1 inch thick layer. Leave for 20 to 30 minute
  5. When kothimbir Vadi completely cool down cut in rectangle shape.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry all kothimbir Vadi until Golden in colour
  7. Now kothimbir Vadi ready to serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
