Byrons is useally softy well fermented chacolate syrup again coat with white sause

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Butter 40gms
  2. Purpose flore 100gms
  3. Dri yeast 20gms
  4. Sugar 50gms
  5. HersheyChaco syrup 40gms
  6. Venilla essence half a tsp
  7. Salt half tsp
  8. 1egg
  9. Milk 1cup
  10. Sugar powder half cup
  11. Icing sugar 2tsp
  12. Oil for deep fri
  13. Sugar sprinkles 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Yeast should be soaked in warm milk
  2. After 1hour take a bowl put butter ,sugar,egg beat as 2min
  3. Then add flore,soaked yeast
  4. Mix well with palms to make kneaded doe
  5. Rest for 3 hour it will increase size doubles
  6. After than take out push up well change bowl rest 20 min
  7. Then doe role up with the roler
  8. Cut circle s with the help of circleshape mould
  9. Mean while heat oil leave buns
  10. Medium flame Fri well it get fluffy
  11. Take buns fill with Hershey chacho syrup
  12. White sause::boil milk
  13. Once get thick add icing sugar,venilla essence,sugar
  14. Take Hershey filled buns dip into white sause decorate sugarsprinkle
