ABOUT Maggi masala khichu RECIPE

Khichu is the gujrati treditional receipe but i made it in my new way with maggi masala and full of veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped
  5. Half cup boiled peas
  6. 2 cup water
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp maggi masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Half cup cabbage finely chopped
  11. 1 carrot finely chopped


  1. Firstly in a kadhai heat oil and add onion,saute till they change colour.
  2. Now add tomato and saute till they turn soft.
  3. Now add cabbage,carrot and peas and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Now add red chilli powder,salt and maggi masala and mix well.
  5. Now add water and get to boil.
  6. Now add rice flour.
  7. Mix well and cook till the flour absorb water and cooked completely.
  8. Finally maggi masala khichu is ready to be served hot. enjoy.....
